Contingency
Contingency plans
The contingency management plan constitutes a tool allowing you to act optimally in a disaster situation where normal IT support is inaccessible. The plan takes its point of departure in the critical functions and their matching supportive IT systems for the purpose of ensuring that the focus is directed towards what is most important for your business.
Emergency plans
The emergency plans describe how to carry out critical processes and how to allow your staff to perform their tasks in the best possible way in the absence of one or more IT systems. In the built-in interactive diagrams it is possible to determine which processes that will be affected in the event that one or more assets should “go down”; and, hence, the people involved can be alerted in order to set the emergency plans in motion.
Recovery plans
The recovery plan is directed towards ensuring that the IT systems will become fully operational as rapidly as possible and in the best possible way. Every asset has been assigned a template featuring a comprehensive list of relevant information to be captured from the other modules – the interdependency of the IT systems will, for instance, be updated automatically.
